Without the blonde wig this is a so so costume

Where's the Wig??

Costume is spot on as a licensed product. Listing shows it comes with the wig. Description lists wig first. Didn't come with wig, so I emailed support, no reply. I called last Wednesday, they said they'd get it to me before Halloween. No dice. I paid for the wig and still want it.
