Lovely replacement hood

I love my raincoat and needed a replacement hood. I had difficulty purchasing the correct color. The first time I received black and figured it was my mistake. The second time I realized color is slightly off. Now I have two different colors. I was trying to find a way to contact customer service but haven’t had a chance to email anyone. Overall the hood covers my head pretty well and keeps the rain at bay.
