Malvern Waterproof Coat - Olive

Beautiful versatile rain coat, love love love!

One of the best jackets I have ever bought. I spend so much time standing in the rain alongside pitches covering sport and walking, and this has been an ideal addition to my kit bag and general wardrobe. It's great quality, warm and can easily be layered up underneath. I am usually a Size 10/12 but the Size 8 is perfect for me. It is quite long but ideal for outdoor activities and working and sitting out in the rain. I am 5'5 but I imagine if you were shorter than that it could be too long. Overall, a great all round and versatile jacket which I have already received many the compliment for!

WALKING IN THE RAIN

With my recent purchase of a Jack Murphy Mac, I have not worn it out in a downpour yet. But I found one of these Macs years ago in a village up in the highlands. It was totally waterproof so I am hoping this one will be the same I ordered a large size so I can wear things beneath it for extra warmth beneath it. I am in my 80's now but want to be able to walk on my rollater in all weathers without getting soaked I have osteoporosis so important that I walk everyday even in the rain SORRY I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND A PHOTO Margaret Beer

Stylish and practical raincoat.

I absolutely adore my new rain coat. I’ve been out in torrential downpours wearing it and have returned bone dry. It’s superbly made and I can tell I will have it for years to come! If I was to make one criticism it would be the hood not being as big as I would like. I wear bulky over-ear earphones when out walking and though the hood covers my head, it would be great to have a rim of sorts to extend the hood over the face and keep the rain from the eyes. But honestly, this is a minor issue and not enough for me to dock any stars from my review.
