Due to the "one size fits all" thing I was expecting this to be a breeze, however as a guy who is 6'2" and 180lbs this thing is huge on me. The shoulder straps have at least 6 inches of slack before it is tight on my shoulders. It is bad enough to the point where my junk won't stay in the pouch because there is so much slack. Being that I am a pretty tall guy, I would not recommend purchasing this because it will not fit you unless you are as tall as an NBA player.
