It's not the same material

I ordered two necklaces from you. My first necklace felt real and sounded real. The second necklace I received from you sounded fake and almost like it was plastic. It's very light the first one is very heavy. I'm kind of not happy with it. I thought it would be exactly the same as the first one just a little longer. But it absolutely doesn't sound the same, it's not the same weight it's very light compared to the first one, and the material that the balls are made out of looks very thin compared to the first necklace I have. I'm not sure what is up with that. This is a genuine observation from buying two necklaces within a week of each other or so.
