Grown high in the mountains of Colombia, these beans are Excelso grade Arabica and have undergone European Preparation prior to export, meaning each bean is hand sorted so only the finest make it into the roast.

Great coffee
The coffee was very good. Not bitter like most coffee I have been buying. I decided to buy whole bean and also a Bunn coffee maker.

Very Enjoyable Multiple Subtle Flavors
I use the Rancilio Twins, Sylvia with PID and Rocky, that require many, subtle adjustments to properly dial in the making of our morning cappuccinos. But once done, this choice of coffee beans makes for a very flavorful cup on our back patio in the morning, as we enjoy the multitude of flowering and fruiting plants and the recent arrival of a pair of hummingbirds.
