Organic Purifying Shampoo | Dry Hair | 240ml

I am not satisfied with my recent purchase. I ordered the purifying and balancing shampoos for dry hair, but both products have actually made my already dry hair even drier, frizzier, and lifeless. I have type 2b wavy hair, and both shampoos left my hair looking stringy and straight. I emailed Calia regarding this issue, and they suggested that the oils in the shampoos might be contributing to the dryness. They recommended that I try their hydrating shampoo instead. However, I am confused about how shampoo specifically designed for dry hair could cause even more dryness. Before placing my order, I took the hair quiz on the Calia website, which recommended both the balancing and purifying shampoos for me.
