My review is for the poor customer experience I received from Gatineau. Although I have purchased products previously from QVC this was my first time purchasing from Gatineau themselves. The promotion was in view purposely misleading, the response via email was slow and unprofessional, and then the returns process I had to chase as well. I would have expected more and won't be purchasing direct again.
