JLU Rear Corner Armor (Factory Tail Lamp Cutout)

Rear corner armor and fenders

It was a very simple install, everything lined up grate. On the back Fender, there is about a 3/16 gap. I just could not get it tight enough against the tub. I'll pop it off and put a rubber strip there. All in all very legit product. I'm very happy, definitely worth the wait. I'm probably going to need the rear inner fender soon.

JL Rear Corner Armor and Fender Flares

JL Rear Corner Armor was what I needed after a close call when I ripped off my factory fender and tail light. Corner armor fit great with only some minor trimming to factory tail light (will be going to flush mount in the future). I did trim small piece off around the tail gate hinge to make room for Trexflex hinge mount (another future mod). Before it was beer can thick and could be flexed in with push of your finger. Now you simply move the whole jeep when pushing in the rear corner panel. I also love how they perfectly fit up against my Rusty's rear fascia. I did sand a couple thousands off bottom of armor to make room for paint, it was that perfect of a fit. I did have one rivnut spin on me but that was my fault as it was first one and I just didn't have tool set correctly. Install video was good but I still wish there was written instructions. Over all I'm very happy the it.

Works great on a two door!
