I purchased the rack with the linQ mount, and storage bag. As stated in the description the bag is water resistant not water proof, it would be nice if it were water proof. The rack fits like a glove, the linQ mounts are a must for easy access to the bed to perform maintenance and cleaning. I'm running a fold down spare tire rack that sits over the rack with plenty of clearance between the top of the bag and the bottom of the spare tire rack. All and all I am very impressed with TMW's quality and products. I have also installed TMW's bulk head gusset kit, shock tower and winch bumper, all top notch materials, welding and fit.
