Bad quality

Shocking. Hair was faulty frizzy. After paying £200 for the hair and £100 for the colour match fitting. Frizzy and a mess after 1 wash. Emailed company pictures of the mess. Unable to get an appointment to have the hair removed within 2 weeks. Another 50 charge. Was only offered a partial refund (35%) unless I sent hair back within 2 weeks but hairdresser is on holiday.
