My worst purchase experience ever
I decided to buy directly from Urth instead of through Amazon because I thought they could get the most profit if I did so
I didn’t like the product so I had to return the bag
The return costed me $40
If you return via Amazon it costs nothing

Don’t buy from Urth directly
Their customer service was pretty bad with responses too

Perfect backpack
Excellent backpack. It’s very functional and I receive compliments on the look of it all the time. But I was most impressed with Urth’s Customer Service. 5-Stars all around.
