Well packed. Arrived in a timely manner. As to the ginseng roots, they appeared to be in good condition; only the next two years will tell as to whether I now have a viable crop to work with from now on.

Great company. Will definitely buy from them in the future. Didn't receive my seeds and was a little worried but aftercommunicating with someone at the company I was told they'll be shipped in the fal, the best time of year to plant them.

I ordered 10 plants. I could tell that one of them wasn't going to make it right away since the top was rotted. The other 9 survived. I planted the 10th hoping it might make it but it didn't. There are 9 healthy plants that came right up.
