We love the massager. But have noticed like a grinding noise coming from the left ball. Which makes me feel like it won’t last very long gor as much as we paid for it

We bought this to replace one we bought several years ago that had quit working. Overall the new one is about the same as far as the massage however I liked the options on the controls of the first one we purchased. It had options for full back, upper or lower as well as you could set it at any point for spot massage. The new one does not have the spot massage option which I really miss for sore spots. It is a good massage chair pad over all. The first one we purchased lasted along time and we were very happy with it. Hopefully this one will last like our first one.
