The color is too dark I may need help choosing

This is my third time purchase for myself and I had my mom buy one as well a couple of years ago! We love your products.

I was really disappointed with my experience!! I know there have been some great testimonials because I have read a lot of them before making my purchase. However, I feel the stylist is what makes the difference. I had no direction on how to put on and take off like the girl next me me did. I feel my person was just worried about making the sale. I haven’t even put on since the day I left the pop up salon in Frankfort, Il I’m hoping I will feel better about it once i can get in with my stylist and play with it to make it work to my liking.
