Ultratester 3+ Diamond, CZ, & Moissanite Tester - GEMORO

The Ultratester 3+ does not work correctly even though we followed the instructions. We kept getting a false positive for moissanite on natural diamonds. I purchased the tester on January 9, 2024, and received my order on February 1, 2024. The tester took over three weeks to receive it, and when we tried to return the item, Pepetools said we couldn't return it because it was purchased over 30 days ago. I explained that it took a long time to receive my order and asked if it was fair to have that exceedingly long delivery time count against me. Here is their response, "Unfortunately that is our return policy." Do not buy this defective tester, and beware of this predatory return policy (probably because they know they're selling a defective product).
