I've replied to SD Microbes emails several times over the past few years. I never get a reply. They send emails with discount codes but I've never been able to use the discount. Frustrated enough at this point that I'm no longer going to purchase Beirkashi from SD Microbes. I'm just going to make a similar concoction myself.
