Several products were good - one very disappointing. Customer service issued an RMA but no interest in trying to understand my dissatisfaction. Oh well

Great value

Bought this a few months ago - I wanted to get some solid use out of it before reviewing. This is fantastic value, compared to more expensive models that don't offer additional tangible functionality. There's a nifty sleep timer function which you might want to adjust if you're using the beveler for prolonged periods of time, relatively easy to adjust settings. Since many companies don't advertise cross compatibility, I can vouch that this unit works with the RockyMountainLeather 'mini' tips. I've been using a combination of RML tips and ALS tips, purely based on who has them available and in stock when I'm ready to buy.
