So helpful to support our 3 year old to transition to different tasks/ bed time. Sometimes he will choose to put it on himself when he wants to go a do something different.

Hourglass is a great visual indicator for timed tasks, but it does cause a bit of anxiety for my son since he concentrates more on how much sand is left VS on the task itself
