Very High Quality Piece, Small Hang-up

I waited a couple of months before I wrote my review to get a good feel for it, so here it goes. I particularly like lume on watches, and this one definitely delivers for me. It lights up brightly even on short exposure to gray, overcast skies. This is my first titanium case and I love the feel of it. This case material compliments this style of watch very well. I could keep complimenting many other things about this watch, but my gripe with it is basically the legibility. Considering it is a 38 mm which is kind of on the small end, the hands for the 3 and 9 o'clock dials (24h dial and 1hour chronometer) should have been a bright color and possibly lumed to reach this watch design's full potential . I did not make this consideration before my purchase since, on this website, the piece was displayed to me in a high-resolution image where you can see all details clearly. The experience does change when you are looking down at your wrist and you must make a weird needless effort to determine where the hands on those two other dials are. My eyesight is 20/20.
