The original reed plates I ordered had an issue. I contacted RR through email. Within minutes he was calling me on the phone to figure out a solution to the problem. We ended up having new reed plates sent out. I have never had a company respond so quickly and be so willing to figure out a solution to a problem. It's the best customer service I've ever had.
