Beautiful and Smells great, but…

Product came as pictured. Smells excellent and my wife loves it! Unfortunately, the note that I wrote for her did not get included. I’d imagine something sentimental like that wouldn’t be overlooked, especially for a company selling luxury products in this space. I won’t ding them a star, but just wanted to point that out.
