Broke out the smoker for the first cook of the spring and gave these ribs a healthy dusting of this rub and oh boy were they amazing! Even had the neighbors poking around to see what was cooking because they smelled so good. 10/10 rub right here! This stuff is the cornerstone of my spice rack these days, I can't recommend it enough!!!!
