All the florals, none of the bitterness

I'd been using food grade lavender and lavender syrups in my baking for a while but it was always either too weak in taste or too bitter. This is PERFECT. Such a strong, clear flavour with none of the planty bitterness you get from using the actual flowers. I'm so glad I bought 3 bottles, I'm going to go through them fast.
