I always have so much trouble getting my fondant dark enough so I always purchase this product when I need black fondant. Great product, taste is amazing, easy to work work. Just a few seconds in the microwave when I first open the packet and it makes it just that bit softer and easier to work with. Doesn't dry too quick so it's easier to work with.
