Does the P stand for perfect? Maybe. Phenomenal? Yes. The P-Effect line, including this super-light Refining Lotion, has become my favorite daytime routine. It makes my skin glowy and seems to balance out skin tone. I regularly get compliments and always recommend people try it out. (Follow it with the P-Effect Reliance Gel; that was the first P-Effect product I got and I never let myself run out of it!)
