Good price fast shipping quality product

I had paid for FedEx 2 day shipping and received my item 6 days after ordering. Shipping costs (~$70) was not refunded even after requesting it from him. FedEx likely responded to his complaint on my behalf, but he has not responded to me regarding my complaint. Too bad I was looking to buy regularly from Leapfrog...not any more. I can't trust shipping estimates, both for cost and delivery time. Perhaps they will do better in the future as Leapfrog should be a good vendor, based on the work put into the website.
