Osmanthus Oolong - Taiwan High Mountain

This one is hard to beat -- a really good mountain Oolong with no bitterness whatever, and that almost indescribable touch of Osmanthus flavor and aroma. It's one of the few teas that I brew straight (and often!), as you don't need to blend anything else into it ever.
