Light and lovely Tung Ting!

3 minutes' steeping on #1 infusion seems perfect to me, sub-boiling water around 180. I like to pour into a non-pre-warmed mug, then let is rest another 2 minutes, then to me it's a perfect Tung Ting.

more normal oolong compared to "hairy crab" but really good. more natural tea flavor. nothing negative about it.
