My Winter Tea

Unknowingly, I purchased this tea just in time before a cold snap that dropped our temperatures 30 degrees. It was wonderful to steep a big pot of it this morning and cradle the cup in my hands while the delightful aroma of this hearty tea wafted upwards.

If I could only have one tea, this would be it! Takes milk and honey well. Never bitter. It's the perfect way to start the day.
