OES Fez Hat - Pure White With Yellow Tassel

Purchased over a month ago and still no item. Poor customer service. Do not order. Will be filing a report with my bank.

The fez arrived very dirty in a small rectangular box, so it was misshape. the band was not seen correctly and you can see it from the bottoms of the fez, and the OES which I paid extra for was not spaced and placed correctly. I paid $164 for this fez way more that I would on other sites and this is some of the most shoddy workmanship that I have ever seen! I would NEVER PURCHASE from this sight again!

Bittersweet

The customer service was great!! The quality of the First product i received was fine just wrong color. Once i received the correct item it was a bit dingy from handling and the fez is white.
