My wife and best friend died just under a year ago. She had a long illness from MS, and I read many books on death and dying. Then after her death books on grieving. I found the "My Friend, I Care" a helpful booklet to start the grieving process. I have given this book and others to new widows/widowers.

Comforting little booklet

I bought this pamphlet for a friend who just lost her husband. She said she found it very comforting and helpful. I read it before I sent it and thought the same. I highly recommend.
