Barbara Karnes does a beautiful job bringing the realities of death to the workers and family and friends of patients, in such a wonderful, real way. She is gentle with her ways, but honest in her words. I highly recommend her books for grief and for learning to care for someone at end of life. Beautifully done Ms Karnes.
