The Item is a solid sturdy piece, you will need you own nut and bolt to attached it, also, the finish on the item prevents a good ground connection to the vehicle frame. You will need to sand the finish between all the pieces and use some stainless steel exterior toothed washers along with some copper anti seize to get a good ground connection. Antenna to ground connections of vehicle should be less than 10ohms.
