My dog is an apx. 55lb female lab. Size large is a bit snug in the chest and a bit loose in the neck. In-between size, I guess. Vest is made well, durable, compact, and I like the side floatation. The gab handle is very low-pro, so it is tangle-free when she is at work.

I have a 75lb lab and the fit is perfect. I have taken here out 3 times with the vest on so far. The handle is very steady. I can lift her out of the water into a boat just fine. She has stayed dry under the vest even when jumping into the water complete in the vest.

I really like this vest. It fits my red lab female really well. The only thing i would ask for is a neck size smaller but other than that its a great vest. My dog never got cold hunting in ND when she was wearing it.
