This is an awesome rain chain! Packed securely, arrived as planned, hung it up in less than 5 minutes!! Excellent craftmanship and exactly what we wanted. I know it can be VERY scary buying things like this over the internet. Not being able to see it physically, touch it, and not knowing the company. Man was I relieved and happy, this was a great buy!
