Color & Photo Duo Set

This is a really great tool for long distance relationships. I got the duo set for my boyfriend and I before he left for college. It’s really nice to see the little messages he sends and it always brightens my day. Totally recommend!

The screens encounter errors every so often with inverting colors on images and sometimes just displaying colored lines that burn into the screen. Easily fixed by unplugging and plugging back in but the faint lines stay for a few days. Other than the simple tech issues (which are to be expected from such an inspiring small business) it’s great

I’ll be reaching out to customer service but these are incredibly cumbersome to use and they haven’t worked to date. Tons of glitches on both units setting them up, and it’s harder to send a photo than it seem. For something that is supposed to connect grandparents and grandkids, the app isn’t intuitive enough for either generation to use easily.
