Quality Coffee

I purchased the Guatemala Huehuetenango after trying Reborn coffee at my local Reborn. I was so impressed and loved the flavor, very rich and deep and exactly as described. I could taste the notes of chocolate and cherry and it went so well with my coffee I will definitely be back to try some others!

Floral smell with sweet after taste

This is one of my favorite from Reborn. It has a floral, almost tea like smell and a sweet after taste. I use V60, 18g beans and 300g water at 205F. 30 seconds blooming with 36g water, then add to 180g of water. At 1:20, start add water to 300g. Total finishing time is 2:40.
