Sea moss is great.
This is my “go to” every morning.
Supplies all of the nutrients I need. I also use it on my face, as a mask.
One Root is fast and efficient. All of the products I have tried from them are great!

I soak my sea moss for a few hours, blend it in filtered water then add it to my tea. I love it and plan on incorporating it into my diet regularly.
