Cylinder Head For Honda Accord Oasis 2.3L Casting PAA, Year:98-02

Absolutely terrible

They shipped me a boat anchor. One of the adjustment mechanisms for the valve adjustment is completely stripped and won’t turn at all. How does this happen on a reman head??
