My 12-year-old daughter absolutely loves the design of the bag. She finds the compartments extremely practical and well thought out. She is very happy with it. I would also like to thank your customer service team. My first order was unfortunately lost during delivery, but the refund process was handled smoothly and without any issues. I placed a new order, and my daughter finally received her bag. Thank you for your excellent support and service.

Needs More Features

From the photos, I thought I saw that this would have some cushioned dividers for camera lenses and other equipment, which was one of the biggest appealing features. For the cost, it doesn’t feel like I got as much as I had hoped.

This was actually a replacement under the lifetime warranty. My son's backpacks zipper came apart. I filled out the form online and sent in pix of the damage. It qualified for the warranty and they sent me a label so I could send the backpack to them. Within days I got a notice the replacement was on its way! This backpack is durable and functional. HIGHLY recommend the backpack and very pleased with the customer service.
