Unfortunately we did not get the chance to use the essential oil. We had to put down our fur baby before we received the product. The customer service team was so compassionate and understanding and allowed us to return the item. They sent a postage paid return label for easy return. I will definitely use these products in the future when we decide to get another fur baby and will recommend them to all our friends.
