Great option if you don’t have much real estate on your outer carrier vest and a cumbersome feel on the duty belt. Make sure your agency approves the carry, or take your chances like I did. The plate works perfectly with my Safariland 7T holster for Glock 47 MOS carry. Comes with 3 spacers for optional use. Lower screw takes the larger spacer and had to get an 8/32 x 1/2” Truss head screw to make it work but an easy fix. I have used this for about 7 shifts now and no complaints, from me or admin.
