Gregg and the staff at New England Dive are top notch in my book! Most of our business was conducted online and via text messages. They offered me a great deal on a new 2021 leftover Hobie PA 14. It was a 2.5 hour drive either way for me, as I was coming from out of state. They had everything ready to go. I noticed that the cassette insert for the mirage drive was missing when I got home. I contacted Gregg to let him know and he shipped it out to me at no charge and it was delivered next day. Customer service is 5 star, I wouldn’t hesitate to send others their way for business.
