Reasonable purchase

Sadly the initial posting took a week, and then another 4 days to post, so kit received 11 days after original purchase. There is an error in the Vegemite pattern where the Light/Dark yellow have been mixed up and my daughter noticed as it didn't match up. We had to cross check with some images online and correct the mistake. The final product was cute, but I do not think it was value for money even though it is important to support small businesses.

Exceptional Customer Service

I placed an order for one of the Aussie favourites kits. The kit arrived promptly, however it contained an incorrect kit. I emailed customer service that evening and received a reply the next morning. The correct kit was sent out immediately and I was gifted the incorrect kit. The kit is for a gift and looks exactly as I’d hoped. Thanks so much.
