I chose the holster instead of the belt because I wasn't confident the belt would fit me. When the holster arrived I was really impressed by the quality; it has curved, firm padding on the back, and has 3 closures (a fixed belt loop, a larger flap with Velcro to sandwich a belt or strap, and a Velcro tab that folds over the larger one, for extra security.) The instructions for the camera adapter were very clear and simple. Since the tether took up one of the camera strap spots, I later purchased a CCS camera strap so that I could easily swap between the camera strap and the tether. I've used the holster for birding twice now, and I'm very happy with it. My Nikon Coolpix P900 feels very secure both in the holster and hanging from the tether. Now my camera doesn't interfere with the binoculars around my neck.

I carry 2 cameras when I’m on a job site now, this system makes it super easy to interchange quickly. It allows me to take 2 lenses at different focal lengths which is really a game changer.

This holster is juste perfect for my binoculars.
