Mostly very high quality, though the fixings to connect the poles together seem a little flimsy - would definitely still buy this tent, but I've used cheaper tents with sturdier frames before. One of the poles in the kit was for a different model, so had to request a replacement. These are the reasons for 4/5. GroWorks staff were friendly and helpful resolving an issue with my order. Had to deal with BudBox directly, who also have excellent customer service. Unfortunately, UPS were a nightmare, otherwise I would have received the replacement pole within a few days. I'm sure this mistake almost never happens and I highly recommend GroWorks, as well as BudBox for anyone who wants a premium tent.
