The electronic control valve quit working after 2 years. Customer service promptly sent a new one and I returned the old one. I installed the new one and everything is working great. Easy, no hassle transaction.

Customer service is great my Softner wasn’t working and they helped me trouble shooting it. It just ran out of warranty and my family was devastated by Hurricane Milton and Nick was very helpful having one replaced under the circumstances we were going through. Thanks, Nick and rest of crew who helped us troubleshoot. I highly recommend Aquasure for a Softner and customer service is outstanding.
