I am pretty proficient in the Palmer Pletsch tissue fitting process, and fitting challenges do not phase me. Using the Sure Fit master pattern with any commercial pattern has made my fitting even more accurate and less time consuming. I haven’t actually started my project , just review the DVD. As always it is very good, Glenda’s directions are wonderful. Looking forward to trying it in the fall when I have more sewing time. Summer is just to busy.

This is just an overview since I have not done the practical as yet but as far as I have viewed the information is good an workable. As regards to the Customer Service no complaints internet service very friendly.
