Fermented Rice Water Cream Conditioner (black cumin seed, rice bran, fenugreek)

I am an elderly woman with thinning textured hair. I've used this conditioner 3 times and my take away is for 'me' don't leave in. However; I leave it in for at least 5 plus minutes and I can get a comb through my long thin hair with very minimal tangles and hair loss. Plus after allowing my hair to air dry it is so so soft. Thank you Natures Ego. Wonderful product.
